To enroll go to the Formed.org website and click the side bar "SIGN UP". Select "I belong to a Parish or Organization" and enter "45864" in the option to "Find your Parish or Organization", then select "St. Nicholas & Holy Family". Next, you will be prompted to provide your name and email. A link will be emailed to you. Once you complete the sign in process you will not need to do so on subsequent visits. ENJOY!
