Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion bring the Eucharist to shut-ins and assist with the distribution of Communion at Mass when needed.

One needs to be at least 16 years old and commissioned (after attending a training session) in order to be an Extraordinary Minister of Holy Communion.

Contact the parish office if you would like to join this ministry. If you need Communion brought to you, please call the office and we will arrange for you to receive the Blessed Sacrament.

This Ministry Includes

Serving at Mass

Assist with the reverent distribution of Holy Communion during Mass when needed.

Bringing Communion to Shut-Ins

Bring the Eucharist to parishioners who are unable to attend Mass because of illness or circumstance.

Training & Commissioning

Ministers must be at least 16 years old and commissioned after attending a training session.

If you or someone you know is unable to attend Mass and would like to receive Holy Communion, please call the parish office. We will gladly help arrange for the Blessed Sacrament to be brought to you.
