All 8th graders registered in our PSR program will complete Confirmation preparation.

Confirmation Sponsors must complete and return the Godparent/Sponsor Eligibility Form to the St. Nicholas & Holy Family Parish Office located at 201 E. Main Cross Street, Miller City, OH prior to Confirmation. Sponsors may call the Parish Office at (419) 876-3481 with questions or concerns.

Sponsors
Sponsors play an important role in the life of the confirmand and must complete the eligibility form before Confirmation.

Confirmation completes the grace of Baptism and strengthens us to live as faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. Through this sacrament, we are marked with the gift of the Holy Spirit and sent forth to witness to the Gospel.
